Skip Lot Rules
Which supplier+part pairs may bypass inspection, and how much trust they may spend.
A pair still has to EARN this on every receipt — qualifying lots and skip lots are the policy, not a running total. Whether the next lot actually skips is computed from that pair’s real receipt history at receiving time, so correcting or reversing a past receipt is always reflected immediately.
